Ayurveda basiert auf der Tridosha-Lehre. Laut dieser ist es für ein gesundes, erfülltes Leben wichtig, die drei Vitalkräfte – Kapha, Pitta und Vata, die für alle körperlichen, geistigen und seelischen Abläufe zuständig sind, ins Gleichgewicht zu bringen.

Im Einklang mit diesem Prinzip wird auch die Gesichts- sowie Beinmassage nach Ayurveda durchgeführt.

Für sie ist der Kontakt zu Menschen sehr wichtig. Die Naturheilpraktikerin ist fasziniert davon, was zum Teil mit wenigen Mitteln erreicht werden kann und wie der Körper seine eigenen Heilungskräfte in Gang setzt. Deshalb hat sie im Herbst 2013 mit der Ausbildung zur Dipl. Naturheilpraktikerin gemacht. Nebenbei arbeite sie als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF.
